This is the only way for abstract submission to the ICSM 2026 & ICQMT 2026 conferences.

The abstracts must be submitted in MS Word format together with the selection of the topic and relevant information.

You can download the template to meet the format requirements. Your submission(s) will be manually checked for format, and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

Please, if possible, try not to wait until the last hour, since the system may get busy.

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed, depending on their importance, originality, quality, and relevance to the scope of the conference outlined in the Subject Categories for Abstract Submission. The notification of acceptance will be sent by January 16, 2026. A letter of acceptance will be downloadable from your web account.

Nota Bene: Each participant is eligible to submit a few abstracts. However, one registered participant can submit only one full-text paper for the proceedings.
