Payment Information
Please note that as soon as you sign the sponsorship contract, your logo will be uploaded on our web-site and be started to be used both in the web page, conference posters and forthcoming call for papers. Hence to take full benefit of sponsorship opportunities, please consider supporting ICSM 2025 as soon as possible to secure your place in a unique world-class event. A non-refundable fee of 50% must be paid upon signing the contract in order to reserve the opportunity. The remainder must be paid no later than 90 days prior to the ICSM 2025 conference date. Participants entering into contract within 90 days of the event are required to pay in full upon submission of application. Sponsorships and exhibits are guaranteed upon return to applicant of approved application and receipt of payment in full. Please read the General Terms for Sponsorship/Exhibitor.
