All the participants are required to register electronically for this page to be able to submit abstract(s) and/or attend to ICSM 2024.
If this is your first time visiting this page and you are new to this edition of conference, please click the "Online Registration" button under the first time users to create a User Name and Password for a direct log in on future visits to this registration site and your personal ICSM account. After you fill in the details with required fields, an activation mail will be sent to your e-mail account and please click the activation link before your first log in. Without activation it is not possible to log in your personal account.
If you already have an account on previous ICSM submission site, or If you submitted an abstract for previous ICSM conferences; you may still use the same e-mail and password on this page. Your user ID (registered e-mail) will remain the same. On your first log in you will be requested to update your previously entered information. You can retrieve your password from “Forgot Your Password?” if needed.
Thank you for planning to apply for ICSM 2024. The abstract submission and the registration portals have been re-activated for abstract submissions. Official abstract submission deadline is over. However, post-deadline late-news abstracts are welcome for mostly poster presentations, and chances for oral presentations are very slim and subject to the availability in the targeted sessions.
Currently, oral presentation opportunities are subject to the approval of session co-organizer(s) and availability in the targeted session. Early submissions are therefore strongly recommended as the oral slots become unavailable. Abstracts with late-news may be accepted as poster presentations. The Program is evolving nicely as expected. Only the abstract(s) with outstanding quality may be taken into consideration for inclusion in the Scientific Program subject to the availability.

- Update your personal information until a certain date,
- Upload new abstracts and edit/replace your abstract(s),
- Track the status of your abstract(s),
- Referee the abstracts/full text papers you have been assigned,
- Download the acceptance letters for your abstracts,
- Upload your full text paper for the proceedings,
- Proceed with your registration formalities.
